W. David Romoser is Next Door’s Board President. Dave joined the Board of Directors in 2000 and became President in 2006.
Dave retired from A.O. Smith Corp. in 2007 where he served as General Counsel from 1992-2007. He actively takes part in many community service projects and sits on the Siebert Lutheran Foundation, Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund, Inc., and American Players Theatre Boards of Directors.
Carol Keintz officially took over as Next Door's Executive Director on October 1, 2008. Before joining Next Door, Keintz served as associate director of the Dane County Parent Council, which serves 1,000 children through programs that include Early Head Start and a nationally recognized Head Start program. She previously served as the council’s director of the Zero to Three/Early Head Start program and was executive director of the Satellite Family Child Care.
