On behalf of Next Door Families, Children, Staff and Board of Directors, I thank everyone who helped to make our 40th Anniversary Celebration Event a true success! This joyous occasion was held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
We came together to celebrate 4o years of service to the community, to give honor and recognition of some of the many individuals and organizations who have played prominent roles in Next Door’s past 40 years, to applaud our staff on the fine work they perform daily, and to increase awareness of the critically important work Next Door does for children and families of our community who are struggling with poverty. This was all accomplished that night and so much more! Because of our generous friends and donors we were able to raise over $47,000. We could not have done this without the help of each and every one of our friends, donors and supporters. Thank you! I invite you to view the photos from the event.
